NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS)
The NHS Leadership Academy's Graduate Management Training Scheme is a two-year scheme aimed at new or existing NHS staff. This offers aspiring future leaders the opportunity to develop in a range of fields, including:
- general management
- human resources
- health analytics
- health informatics
- policy and strategy
The GMTS accepts applications twice a year.

- a "match-me" tool, where prospective applicants can answer questions to find out if the scheme is right for them
