It is an exciting time for our hospitals, clinics and community services as the Trust continues to develop in order to fulfil its vision of building healthier lives for the populations we serve.

We know that the quality of the services we deliver is defined by our people. In order to fully realise the benefits of being a single organisation for both patients and staff, we need to work together as a cohesive team of managers and leaders.

We offer a range of on-site development courses, as well as signposting to regional and national courses delivered by the National Leadership Academy.

There are many routes available to develop and grow your career, for example the growing offer of apprenticeships.
