Role-specific training

Employees in certain roles or staff groups must complete additional training as specified below.

This training is not required for staff to progress to their next pay step, but failure to complete the required training in each role could result in disciplinary action.

All employees who have contact with patients and members of the public must complete Conflict Resolution 3 yearly. This can be done through Moodle.

If your role or staff group is not mentioned below, you do not need to complete role-specific mandatory training.

Admin staff
